Dr. Unnati A. Joshi has an impressive academic background with an emphasis on Mechanical Engineering and Nanocomposites in particular. In 2012, she earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee after completing a Master of Engineering from S. P. University with a specialization in Machine Design. Her early education included a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Bhavnagar University, from which she graduated with honors. Dr. Joshi's academic and professional career is distinguished by a number of noteworthy accomplishments and honors. Notably, she received grants from GUJCOST, DST, and the Indian government for organizing Nanotechnology and Nanoscience & Nanotechnology seminars. She was also awarded the prestigious Global Grand Summit: Satellite Event grant from the Royal Academy of Engineering in the United Kingdom. With a strong dedication to research and innovation, Dr. Joshi has made significant contributions to a number of sponsored research initiatives. One of her notable initiatives, "Green Refrigeration System Using Solar Energy," received substantial funding from the Newton-Bhabha Fund of the Royal Academy of Engineering in the United Kingdom. As a member of the team, she played a crucial role in this project, concentrating on multiple aspects of the design and implementation of the green refrigeration system. She has also worked as a member of the team for another initiative, "AI, IoT, and Digital Technologies for Future Sustainable Smart Cities," sponsored by the Royal Academy of Engineering, United Kingdom. She has published extensively in prestigious journals including Materials, Current Nanomaterials, Composites Communications, Physica E, and others. Her research has considerably advanced the understanding and application of mechanical properties and carbon nanotubes in polymer nanocomposites. Her expertise in the field has also led to the successful supervision of numerous Master of Engineering and doctoral theses. Under her direction, students have conducted ground-breaking research on a variety of nanocomposites, solar energy, and sustainable technology-related topics.
